Refund Policy

We want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn't right, Paperbark Abode offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend a tracked service.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
