Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. An order is confirmed only once payment has cleared.

Products

Because our pieces are made and finished by hand, slight variations in colour, grain and texture are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.

Stock and availability

If an ordered item is unexpectedly out of stock we will contact you and offer a full refund or alternative.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
